     Sickness & Diseases:

Ever since there were human beings, diseases have existed. People who lived in ancient times were healthier and less susceptible to diseases because they were closer to nature, exercising more and honest in the heart. Now in today's world, technology and science has taken over our lives, causing our society to have many problems. Our environment is being polluted from our activities, leading to the spread of more diseases. These diseases trouble us, making us unsure of what to do to relieve our sickness.

The reason for people's sickness is always the result of internal and external problems. This is also the problem of the shapeless and shape. Both internal and external problems are related. It can be viewed as having one body and two sides (front and back). These two sides originated from one root. The cause for the sickness of the shapeless means that the intangible body of a soul is sick. Consequently the physical body will become sick. For example, in the field of science, diseases are caused by the presence of bacterias. Bacterias are microscopic and requires to be magnified for it to be seen. As Buddha once said, "In one cup of water, there are millions of bacteria present". Therefore, just like the water, where we can't see bacterias without the use of a microscope, we also can't see the sickness of our own soul body. But what happens inside our soul body is also linked to our physical body.

The best medicine to relieve sickness is the energy from your own body, but this requires cultivation. Cultivation means meditation and is the treatment and purification of one's body from negative/Ying water to become positive/Yang water, and Ying fire to become Yang fire. As this process occurs, one's body will have superior heat energy. This heat energy is strong enough to kill diseases and relieve sickness.

Why do people have pain and sickness?

One's pain, sickness and other misfortunes are the result of sinful deeds planted in past successive reincarnations and previous reincarnations; after which Heaven goes through past reincarnation records and liquidate in the process (like paying off one's debt). If past sins are found, they will be converted into present obstacles (in Buddhism and Hinduism: karma), suffering, pain, sickness and misfortunes, which one must endure.

     因此病痛者 - 是上蒼藉其累世及前世所種之含因﹐經過了清算的過程後﹐將此業障來消磨給其受到應得之苦果。

People's sickness can also be caused by him or herself, because of not taking care of his or her body (i.e. overworking, no rests, smoking, drinking liquor, etc.). Due to this, the result is the Chi and blood not flowing fluently. So the negative Chi enters the body, weakening the positive Chi. In order to cure these sickness, one has to improve their positive Chi, which can be done in many ways. For example, enough rests, practicing Tai Chi, exercises, controlling one's diet, Tian De Spiritual Healing, meditation, etc. We live in a Ying-Yang world, the Sun is Yang, and the Moon is Ying. Both benefit human beings and life in general. During the day we move and at night we rest. The Chi and blood in the blood vessels pour into the respective meridians at the corresponding time:

The above table shows the time periods of meridian Chi flow and the health problems that can possibly be healed by Tai Chi exercises, meditation, or enough rests. Therefore, we can select the favorable time periods for practicing Tai Chi or meditation based on our specific needs.

As shown in the above chart, after 11PM (near mid-night) it is best for one to get his/her rest, because it is at this time the gall bladder and liver requires rest. It would immensely help one's health and quickly recover loss energy. This is to be in tune with the Sun (Yang) and Moon (Ying) and also with human beings' everyday life schedule.
